Directions For Use: What is important is to know why you are taking this supplement, that will help you with the timing of its use:

If you are generally fatigued then start a course of supplementation for 2 weeks taking one dose (4 capsules) both in the morning and evening.

If you are taking CNS RECOVER during an intensive period of training, take one dose (4 capsules) morning and evening 3 days before and 3 days after, as well as during the period of intense training. So if you are in a 'peaking' or an intense training cycle for 2 weeks take CNS RECOVER for a total of 20 days. Cease use in normal periods of training and/or stress and recommence use again when needed in the same scenario.

If using ZMA or Genetic EliteSleep, we recommend discontinuing use of this whilst using CNS RECOVER.
