I have been working as a full time personal trainer since leaving the Defence Forces in 2014. Although I have amassed hundreds of hands-on hours with a variety of clients I mostly work with complete beginners in the gym environment. We spend time developing the fundamental habits and corrective learning approach that will allow them to continually see results long after our time together. I try to fast track the beginner's learning curve using practical application of scientific principles as applied to the clients unique lifestyle. This allows for a challenging yet rewarding experience for us both.
