I have been a Qualified Personal trainer for over ten years.I have been training and lifting weights since i was 16. Since then I have gained a vast knowledge of body mechanics and bodybuilding through extensive studying and research.

 As a personal trainer it is my job to try and help clients achieve a healthy balanced lifestyle that takes place in all dimensions of health and wellness.
I try to create a training environment that motivates individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.
